There are many troubles that will burst like bubbles,

There are many shadows that will disappear;

When you learn to meet them, with a smile to greet them,

For a smile is better than a frown or tear.

Tho' the world forsake you, joy will overtake you,

Hope will soon awake you, if you smile today;

Don't parade yur sorrow, wait until tomorrow,

For your joy and hope will drive the clouds away.

When the clouds are raining, don't begin complaining,

What the earth is gaining should not make you sad;

Do not be a fretter, smiling is much better,

And a smile will help to make the whole world glad.

You can smile when you can't say a word,

You can smile when you cannot be heard;

You can smile when it's cloudy or fair,

You can smile anytime, anywhere

Our opinions:Nobody is taking away your freedom, as long as you behave.Likewise,Nobody is taking away your authority to smile, so go ahead,don't be afraid.

God-fearing

To fear God is the lowest rung of understanding God and relationship with God. Fearing God can also be classified as approaching God in awe and reverence. The trend is to forget God and even reject God in favor of so-called material enjoyments. But, are we really enjoying? We go against nature to enjoy and so we can get bad results for such so-called enjoyment. For instance, we can take whatever intoxication we like, but we may then overdose and die or some other probem. Similarly, we may decide to have sex whenever, wherever and with whomever we like and then we could get venereal disease and even die. So we need to advance to the level of fearing God. Once we have advanced to that level then the next really great level is to learn or reawaken our love for God. In the spiritual world loving God is completely natural. Therefore, we are actually re-awakening our love for God. Our Opinions:God-Fearing is to devout or deeply religious. we must respect god and not be rude.

People ask, "Where was your God that day?"

Why didn't he keep these evil men away?"

My answer may seem simple to you:

God was right there, he had a lot to do!

First, he kept many from getting on board.

The possible passenger number, known to the Lord,

Was not two hundred sixty-six, but one mille

The enemy was trying hard to kill?

None of the passengers screamed in fear

Surely they realized, "The Lord is here."

Those speaking on cell phones did not say

"Everyone here is in fear and dismay."

God gave those god-fearing men on the flight

The strength to overlook their plight

And risk their all to save many on the ground...

While they knew they were heaven-bound.

God was busy to put obstacles in the way

Of the employees of the WTC that day

Less than half the work force was in their place

Or the tragedy would have a much grimmer face.

Fifty Thousand, not twenty could have been there

God kept many busy doing something elsewhere

His mighty hand kept the towers suspended

Until the exodus of two-thirds of the people ended.

Don't ask me where God was that day- I know

He was there and did thing His way.

What bothers me is the question I hear in my head

"Is it my fault and your fault so many are dead?"

Just maybe, if we had lived a true Christian life

Justice: a short story

Wrongfully convicted of killing a young woman in Texas, Cook was sentenced to death in 1978 and served two decades on death row, in a prison system so notoriously brutal and violent that in 1980 a federal court ruled that serving time in Texas's jails was "cruel and unusual punishment." Throughout my childhood, I never paid attention to my weight. I ate whatever I wanted, when I wanted and never counted calories or paid attention to nutrition content of the food I ate. I always considered myself bigger than average and accepted that fact. Throughout high school, I was modestly active in sports for larger people (e.g. I played football as a lineman and threw shot put and discus for track). I had always accepted the fact that I was a big man and that was who I was and born to be. I grew up in North Central Illinois and my parents divorced when I was three years old. After the divorce, my father remarried and we never kept in contact from that point on. My older brother Arthur and I grew up under the care of my Mother and my Aunt Pat (they were identical twins). I consider my family very strong in moral and social values. My Mother and my Aunt were always there when I needed them to be. They always cared for my brother and I and were extremely proud of us. They didn’t have outrageously high expectations of us; all they cared about is the fact that we were happy and they tried to do everything they could for us to make us happy. They were in every respect ideal parents. With all the support that my Mother and Aunt provided, they were not the best at making healthy decisions. My Mother was extremely overweight during the latter part of her life and my Aunt smoked from the time she was in college on.

Our Opinions : Having gracious and healthy lifestyle is very important, we must be very healthy in order to do many things. We must not eat too much oily food and soft drinks as they will make us grow fat or we will get sick.

Maximising Potential :D

It is the aim of the new academic structure for senior secondary education that students should learn better and live fuller and more meaningful lives. We hope that children with serious intellectual disabilities can learn to express themselves, autistic children can learn to communicate with others, visually impaired children can learn to find their way to the world through using other senses. We hope that hearing impaired children can overcome the hurdles in language learning and children with behavioural and emotional difficulties can learn to manage their emotions. Even they are handicap, we must try our best to acheive their goals.

Our Opinions: Maximising Potential is important,must try our best to achieve our goals. Even if we failed, we can still work harder to achieve better results. We must have perserverence, just like any other competitions, if we did not get 1st for the competition, we still have many chances left for us.

Integrity is standing by your word. Not backing out of commitment. Integrity is when you say something or promise something you keep your word. Not saying something to schmooze another person or to make yourself look good in another person's eyes. Integrity is honesty and follow through.integrity is about doing something good even though nobody is watching, it means honesty to others and yourself in.integrity resides in the ability to constitute yourself as your word, to be true to your principles, and ultimately, be true to yourself. You'll learn that integrity is not constrained by, nor does it reside in, rules, prescriptions, or imposed demands. Integrity creates an environment of freedom, power, and joy

Integrity Through Trust and Caring When I was a freshman at College, I needed to send my oboe through the mail to have some repair work done. I was really worried about mailing it; my first oboe teacher had sold the instrument to me, and I didn’t want it to be damaged. A friend told me that I could insure it through UPS, and directed me to a small neighborhood business called “Touchette” that did UPS insurance. I took the bus downtown, oboe in my lap, and when I arrived at the store the proprietor was very kind and reassuring. He helped me package the oboe as well as possible, and was able to insure it. However, the total cost was $30, and I had only brought $20 with me. My heart sank at the thought of squeezing another bus ride into my hectic schedule when he said. “That’s OK, I trust you. Just give me your name and number, and pay me the rest when you get the chance.” I was astounded. Who had heard of a business owner just volunteering to trust someone like that? That act of kindness stuck in my memory and still reminds me that integrity is built through trust and caring for one another’s needs. .......

OUR OPINIONS:

Integrity is Quality characterized by honesty, reliability, and fairness, developed in a relationship over time. Customers and clients have much more confidence when dealing with a business when they can rely on the representations made. =D Integrity is very important, be honest at all times.

God is watching us in everything we say and do. He is here for us no matter what we may venture unto. He loves us, and wants us to know we are his children. So before we do the wrong things, to rob, steal, and kill, Remember God is watching us so stop and be still. Life may bring its sorrows and it is difficult for us to see, That God knows what is best, So let him do the rest. He laid down his life for us so that we may live. Let's trust in God and he will give. God's way is peace, love and honesty. Let's give this to our neighbors open heartedly. He wants nothing more than our love to honor him And obey. A person who is considered honest is one who displays integrity, is genuine and not deceptive or fraudulent. Honesty is characterized by truth and sincerity. Honesty denotes the quality of being upright in principle and action. Honesty implies truthfulness, fairness in dealing with others, and refusal to engage in fraud, deceit, or dissembling.

Benefits of being honest, to be true:

the person who is honest feels good about himself or herself, and knows that they have done the right thing. A thief may not have a conscious about stealing, but that person has no character. He knows in his heart that he is not good. Even though there isn't a reward for being honest,(i'm not saying that there are none),but you can still hold your head up high and you know you've done the right thing.The benefits you get from being honest are that sometimes you get recognition and thanks for an honest deed. But in general, honesty is not something that is directly rewarded. It is a feeling you have about yourself. It is a feeling of pride and self-worth and character. I feel I am a stronger and better person because of being honest.

"True” sometimes carries the meaning of loyal. A true friend, a true patriot, etc., is one who is faithful to a commitment.

our opinions:
to me, truth means that not telling lies to others, no matter they hurt or not, because the truth is going to hurt even more if the person you lied to found the hard truth by himself or herself. so don't lie in the first place, no matter how pain the truth can hurt. Be honest and tell the truth no matter what happens.
